When Buro Happold’s legal department needed stress relief and stronger team connections, our play-led workshop combined somatic practices with collaborative exercises that addressed both individual wellbeing and group dynamics simultaneously.
Through the lens of neuroscience, movement, breath work, and embodied team activities, participants experienced how physical awareness and emotional safety create the foundation for both personal resilience and authentic professional relationships.
This experiential approach left them with practical tools they could use immediately- not just concepts about stress management, but lived understanding of how teams can genuinely support each other's wellbeing while maintaining high performance.
